One Last Step — Complete Your Camper Registration

Registration and Refunds: Registration and payment for The Altar’s UNTANGLE Summer Camp 2025 must be completed and submitted at noon before departure on June 5th, 2025. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve camper’s spot. 

Room Assignments and Safety: UNTANGLE Summer Camp 2025 is for families, adults and children ages 6-18. All participants will be divided into genders. The ratio of adult to child will be no less than one adult teacher per eight (8) children, per gender. Mingling and socialization of children will only occur during waking hours, under adult supervision and in public areas only. Children will be always supervised while at the pool, park, beach, or any other amenities. Children will be transported by two adults and always supervised to and from camp site and amenities. For accountability and safety reasons, there will be no instances where one child is only transported by one adult. 

Schedule: UNTANGLE Summer Camp 2025 will start promptly. Campers will meet on Thursday, June 5th, at a location to be determined, departing to the destination in Haynes City, Florida, no later than noon that afternoon. Camp programming will start at 2 p.m. on June 5th and wrap up at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 8th, with an approximate parents’ pick-up time on June 9th at 5 p.m. at 114 Brown Street, Bradenton, FL 34208. 

Baptism & Dedication Service: During UNTANGLE, we will be encouraged to think, evaluate, and make God-honoring commitments. Our Camp wraps up on Sunday, June 8th, with a service that will allow campers to formally confess their new or renewed commitment to God. For some, this may include a public confession of Christ through baptism.  FOR PARENTS SENDING THEIR MINOR CHILDREN TO CAMP: I approve/authorize my child to publicly confess their faith through water baptism (immersion), provided they voluntarily choose to do so, under no duress, coercion or manipulation. (please complete the baptism consent box below)

 By signing this form, I, as parent/guardian of a camper or as an adult camper, permit The Altar Church/The Altar Fellowship to use pictures as program participants in promotional literature, videos, and The Altar Church/The Altar Fellowship, The Altar Fellowship website, The Altar’s UNTANGLE Summer Camp 2025 and other The Altar Church/The Altar Fellowship Camp promotions, marketing and related social media. 

I, as parent/guardian of (“Child”), or as an adult Camper, hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities at The Altar’s 2025 UNTANGLE Summer Camp and transportation to and from the camp main site and activities/amenities. 

I HERELY RELEASE AND SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS RELEASEES FROM EVERY CLAIM AND ANY LIABILITY THAT I OR MY CHILD MAY ALLEGE AGAINST RELEASEES (including reasonable legal fees and costs) AS A DIRECT OR INDIRECT RESULT OF INJURY OR DEATH TO ME OR MY CHILD BECAUSE OF MY CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IN any event associated with The Altar Church/The Altar Fellowship’s 2025 UNTANGLE Summer Camp, 2025 Summer Camp, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES OR OTHERS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I PROMISE NOT TO SUE RELEASEES ON MY BEHALF OR ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD REGARDING ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MY CHILD’S OR MY OWN PARTICIPATION IN ANY activity related to this camp. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I AM RELEASING The Altar Church, The Altar Fellowship, The Altar Church/Fellowship’s 2025 UNTANGLE Summer Camp, 2025 Summer Camp, and THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, MEMBERS, SPONSORS, PROMOTERS, AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY “RELEASEES”) FROM LIABILITY, AND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS. THIS SIGN-UP AND RELEASE FORM IS A CONTRACT WITH LEGAL AND BINDING CONSEQUENCES, AND IT APPLIES TO ALL ACTIVITIES IN WHICH I AND/OR MY CHILD ENGAGES DURING The Altar’s 2025 UNTANGLE Summer Camp with The Altar Church and/or The Altar Fellowship.
