The Altar Fellowship is a little different by design. We are a church, but we are also a community center — a place where worship, prayer, learning, healing, laughter, service, and real human connection all belong under the same roof.

We believe faith should be lived, not just discussed. That is why everything we do flows from five simple commitments: Honoring God | Restoring Hope | Strengthening Families | Developing Youth | Serving Our Community

We honor God through worship, prayer, Scripture, and lives centered on Jesus. We restore hope by walking with people through grief, trauma, transition, and the moments when life feels heavier than expected. We strengthen families by helping individuals, marriages, parents, and children build healthier, more meaningful relationships. We develop youth by creating spaces where young people are known, encouraged, mentored, challenged, celebrated — and reminded that they are never alone. And we serve our community because we believe love should be visible. Through practical support, education, outreach, gatherings, partnerships, and service, we want our neighbors to know that the church exists for them, not only for the people already inside it.

At The Altar, you can worship deeply, ask honest questions, laugh loudly, learn something new, find support, meet people who care, and grow at your own pace. You do not have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Come as you are. There is room for you here.
