The Altar Fellowship Is A Bible-Based
Jesus-Centered Church

The Altar Fellowship is a Bible-based, Spirit-led, non-denominational and interdenominational church in Sarasota serving Bradenton and Palmetto.
We’re a Christian community built on verse-by-verse Scripture teaching, passionate worship, repentance, discipleship, and real relationships.
We focus on youth development, young professionals, and families who want to grow deeper in their faith and walk out authentic Christianity together.
Our church began in a living room, and we still carry that same heart: family, humility, prayer, obedience, and making space for God’s presence to lead us.

We gather every week for worship, Bible teaching, and community:

• Sundays at 10:00 AM – Our main worship service
• Wednesdays at 7:00 PM – Scripture Verified, our verse-by-verse Bible teaching night

Spirit-led worship

We begin with passionate, heartfelt worship that makes room for the Holy Spirit. You’ll see people singing, praying, and engaging with God in genuine ways.

Verse-by-verse Bible teaching

Our sermons are grounded in Scripture. We teach the Bible verse by verse, helping you understand God’s Word deeply and clearly, with practical application for everyday life.

A welcoming, family-style atmosphere

You’ll meet people of all ages — youth, young adults, families, and seniors — who are warm, down-to-earth, and ready to welcome you like part of the family.

Space for prayer and ministry

There’s always time for prayer, encouragement, and responding to what God is doing. Our team is available to pray with you during or after the service.

Kids & youth included

Children and teens are an important part of our church. We provide a safe, loving environment for them to learn, grow, and encounter God.
